Love 9s, Just feels like more speed control. And you can roll through or over anything. I like the strikers, bigtime. Wish I could still find some 8inch stikers but theyre all gone.
i like em, u get more speed on them, though they do take longer to accelerate, but i have a heavier board so it evens out. Bit heavier which is a big down side but all in all, 9' all the way.
Last week i was in colorado springs and i went down high drive with the 9" tires on the older mbs tri-spoke hubs. had a great ride with them. who all rides on 9's and what do ya think
i'm not a fan of brakes unless riding single trail. then its not much of an option. for anything else you would never see breaks on any of my boards
